Lost Americana Tour Featuring MGK, Wiz Khalifa & De'Wayne 6.13.2026

Late last year, Machine Gun Kelly, better known as MGK, announced The Lost Americana World Tour in support of his seventh studio album, Lost Americana, which dropped in August 2025. The tour, which spans North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, was easily one of the most anticipated shows of the year. The lineup for the Darien Lake date was unique, featuring both Wiz Khalifa and De’Wayne, whereas other tour stops showcased artists like Mod Sun, Emo Nite, Julia Wolf, Beauty School Dropout, and Honestav. Driving up to the venue, I wasn't quite sure what to expect given the eclectic mix. Wiz brings the rap energy, and MGK leans into his genre-bending style. Still, the atmosphere was buzzing; there was a literal sea of cars, with fans tailgating and jamming out to MGK until the show finally kicked off.

DE’WAYNE is an alternative rock singer from Houston, Texas. De'Wayne wasn't exactly the vibe I was expecting, but I really dug his music. His music is a blend of rock, punk, and pop. The band members had killer outfits, big Prince and Freddie Mercury energy. It was also Dominic Stepanian's birthday, so the whole crowd sang along after their third song, "Take a Picture." They played eight songs total, and his vocal range was impressive. I personally enjoyed the song “June.” Later, after an outfit change, he even came out into the crowd during Wiz's set to hang out with fans.

Wiz Khalifa is a rapper, singer-songwriter, entrepreneur, and actor. Raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Wiz Khalifa has released 7 solo studio albums and 2 compilation albums. Wiz is also featured on multiple songs and albums from artists including T-Pain, Jamie Foxx, Maroon 5, and more. Wiz Khalifa's DJ kicked things off by hyping up the crowd with bangers from artists like XXXTentacion, Kid Cudi, and DMX. Before Wiz even hit the stage, Chevy Woods, also a part of the Taylor Gang, engaged the audience by tossing a lit blunt into the crowd after checking if everyone was ready to party and get high.

The set featured a high-energy performance of 16 songs, including a cover of "Payphone." Amongst other hit songs such as “On My Level” and “You and Your Friends.” Wiz maintained incredible energy throughout, jumping across the stage to entertain fans on both sides while smoke cannons blasted. It came to the point in the show where Wiz always pays tribute to the fallen Hip-Hop legends before playing “See You Again.” The band joined in on the fun by throwing more inflatable blunts to the crowd, and they eventually brought the house down by closing the set with "We Dem Boyz” and “Young, Wild & Free."

Colson Baker, known professionally as MGK (stylized in all lowercase) and Machine Gun Kelly, is a powerhouse rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, and actor. With a genre-spanning career and multiple accolades under his belt, including Alternative Rock Artist of the Year, Best Male Artist, Favorite Rock Artist, and Top Rock Album, expectations are always high for his live performances. His latest set proved exactly why he commands such a massive presence. It was finally time for MGK to set foot on stage. He had a red curtain hanging up, and as you walked into the photo pit, you got a slight glimpse of what was behind it. All you could see was a blow-up of the statue of liberty smoking a cigarette, and his microphone stand was a cigarette being put out. The curtain dropped, and the crowd screamed with excitement as he came out singing “Fix Your Face.”

During the performance, he had pyro shooting off behind him. At one point, he had even lit a flare and was waving it around. His first set included 20 songs, 4 of them featuring Wiz Khalifa. He came out to sing “Girl Next Door”, “Everything Tatted”, “MPH” & “Mind of a Stoner.” MGK transitioned into another set, which included a more intimate level. He put a smaller stage into the pit to play some acoustic songs closely with the fans, which included "Lonely Road” and a mix of songs “Love Race”, “Fast Car”, & “Free Fallin”. While he was performing, there was an extra touch to it from the theme park. The laser light show was going on at the same time; if you were in the right spot, you could catch some fireworks on the way out. MGK brought the night to a triumphant close by diving into his latest material, capping off the setlist with his top Spotify hits, including "Cliché" and "Vampire Diaries," leaving the crowd entirely breathless.
